In addition to its urban, functional, technical and construction-related aspects, the tower is characterised by the significant presence of plant life and a bioclimatic approach.
With exterior gardens on every floor, a large rooftop greenhouse entirely filled with plants, and a planted restaurant under glass, the tower is a welcoming environment for nature.

Breathable façades, ventilation by displacement of air, a bioclimatic greenhouse, very high thermic performance, energy-recovery lifts and an optimised structure make this a very high-performance building environmentally and in terms of comfort.

It is also a place for trialling new technologies, such as electrochromic glass. This is evidenced by a host of certifications: HQE Exceptional, LEED Platinum, BREEAM Outstanding, Effinergie Plus label, and HQE Exploitation Exceptionnel.
