Capgemini Campus
Ernst & Young
With its buildings in brick and stone and concentric copper discs, the campus describes a semicircle, centred on the château’s main axis. This form creates unity, and the materials create harmony. Campus and château echo each other in a subtle composition with a remarkably precise geometry.
Architecture and landscape come together to form a whole. The main layout shape borrows as much from the orangery as from the cloister. A semicircular space, enclosed by the façade of the château, it recreates a serene world, detached from external contingencies, a place of concentration and intellectual excitement.
Outside this space, accommodation and leisure activities belong more to the park. From the eclectic château to the resolutely contemporary campus, the quality and continuity of the architecture echo the company’s image of quality and continuity.
In 2008, the Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Campus in Gouvieux received the EU Ecolabel, awarded to the most eco-friendly products and services within the EU.
