CASEIS Headquarters is a mixed-used ensemble of 33,000 m² of offices and 1,100 m² of dwellings located in Montrouge, south of Paris. The project makes a contribution to this district’s architectural and urban renewal.

The plan proposed was simple and effective, organised around a huge central patio that was modified and planted with trees. The façades, set in alignment with the streets, were composed using a dual-level arrangement that alters the perception of the scale of the buildings. The interplay between the oblique faces of the mullions that punctuate the split floors generates a remarkable kinetic effect.
A huge transparent foyer, organised on two levels, provides the link between the urban space and the central garden. The office floors, which also span the space between street and garden, have abundant natural lighting and offer complete flexibility for new layouts, thus facilitating installation of activities.
