The main façades are oriented south and north. The south façades are protected from sunlight infiltration by large continuous brise-soleil, which are perfectly effective on this orientation, and the north façades, by their nature, are not exposed. The office floors are designed to provide maximum freedom of choice of layout and modular functioning.

The vertical circulation nucleus takes up as little space as possible and the additional staircases required for safety reasons have been placed outside, on the east gable. Combined with the external landings, they provide a complementary relationship between levels. They constitute a repetitive architectural motif, as well as a symbol of communication that has great significance for the project. The ground floors of the buildings are organised according to a flowing, curvilinear design that seems to roll out freely in relation to the parallel rectilinear buildings.

This fluidity of the ground floor plan allows the establishment of a diagonal progression and visual permeabilities across the project and the green spaces installed between the buildings.
