Each part of the building has been designed to invite the user to come and explore and experience the centre. The porch creates a vast reception space composed of three arches, 35 m in height, and an imposing 50 m entrance. The roof, inspired by a local flower, the begonia, is a considerable technical feat composed of 30,000 metal and glass panels that cover both buildings. An opening above the central courtyard maximises the influx of natural light into the lower ground floor.

The central exterior space gives uniformity to the entire structure and facilitates the overall reading of the building. The interior spaces are articulated around four distinct atriums that link the three shopping levels and each have their own identity. The project’s architecture also contributes immensely to the pleasure the visitor feels in circulating in a fluid manner in the vast malls.
