Rooted in a vast garden, the tower rises like a bamboo shoot and blossoms like a lotus flower with a summital curve. A mixed-use programme combining offices, living accommodation and a 5-star hotel, the tower also has a commercial facility comprising shops, services, a swimming pool, a Spa and a conference room.
The floors, set in an efficient lozenge, have a panoramic view of the city and the area surrounding it. At the summit, a belvedere combines a bar and a restaurant, open to the public.
