It links several neighbouring buildings and thus plays a key role as part of the north-south transition between the city centre and the residential district. The main building is designed as an extension of the Technopark. The frameworks, structure and façades follow the same typology.
A huge glazed atrium adds a further 270 m to the length of the east façade and allows natural light into the offices and shops. Three independent volumes with simple façades, designed like abstract objects, are positioned astride the atrium. Four public terraces on the same level as the atrium open up the view of the town of Skolkovo. The gallery brings together all the public functions – shops, restaurants, beauty salon and fitness centre – on offer to employees and visitors.
