With the simplification of its structure, addition of new volumes, reorganisation of vertical and horizontal circulation, repairs to the façades and some interior adjustments, the complex now has the communications, flexibility, divisibility and working conditions that meet the latest requirements of the office spaces and that were previously lacking.
The new façade with breathable glass walls opens widely onto the grounds and seems framed by the vegetal panorama. It gives a feeling of transparency and modernity, thus reprising and perpetuating the original architectural choices of the 1960s.
Lastly, in the heart of the grounds, an elegant and carefully restored pavilion houses a restaurant, fitness centre, amphitheatre and scalable meeting rooms.
