The building, laid out on a square plan, is organised around an extensively planted central patio which distributes the various spaces by means of footbridges and covered walkways. The ground-floor entrance is marked by a huge covered atrium, a place for people to converge and socialise. The rest of this floor accommodates office spaces, and a company restaurant provided with large terraces.

The upper floor, reserved for work spaces, is entirely scalable and allows for open-plan or partitioned layouts. The considerable depth of the office spaces enables optimal flexibility and promotes a feeling of continuity, strengthened by the extension of the floors by large balconies. These large flying flagstones, installed as large sunshades, intensify the visual impact of the horizontal planes superimposed on the large, full-height glazed surfaces which extend from floor to ceiling.

The simplicity of the volumes is accentuated by the continuity of the glass and concrete surfaces, demonstrating that a relatively simple design has the power to create a welcoming atmosphere conducive to the company’s work in the field of innovative technology.
